Located in the heart of Venice, our Bed & Breakfast is an
exclusive and elegant setting.

It is an apartment superbly furnished, in a typical 19th
century Venetian Palace with an enticing view of the Canal,
and behind one of the world's most fascinating places: St.
Mark's Square.
We are conveniently located near the city most important
landmark, where in the 1700s and 1800s have resided
famous artist such as the writer Wolfgang Goethe, the great
composer Wolfang Amadeus Mozart and the comedy write
Carlo Goldoni; a few steps away you will find the renowned
"La Fenice" theatre newly restored to its magnificence after
the fire destroyed it in 1995.

Our Bed & Breakfast is dedicated to the great composer and
violinist Antonio Vivaldi (1678-1741); maestro sice 1703 in
Hospital of the Pietˆ, one of the four biggest musical
institution of Venice. The Church of the Pietˆ, overlooking
the lagoon is very close to our residence in "Riva degli
Schiavoni". It can be an interesting destination for those who
would like to learn more about the work of this virtuoso
Venetian composer; furthermore in the Church take place
omportant concert.
Within a few minutes walk you can reach tha Accademia
Gallery, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Rialto Bridge also
enchanting and romantic with its typical shops selling local
glass object made in the kilns on island of murano by master
glass blowers.
Near our apartment you will find one of the main vaporetto
docks (just in front of the famous "Harry's Bar"), that allows
easy access to other parts of Venice and its small island as
Murano, Burano, Torcello and Lido's beach where in
September take place the Venice International Film Festival.
You can also ask us informations concerning museum,
concerts and exhibitions, but also useful tips on the best
restaurant where you will taste a local cusine.
The rooms are very spacious, every with a view on the canal
and every detail is taken care of perfectly blended with
modern facilities. The breakfast is the basic element of the
B&B formula, so it can be served in your room and it will be
a special one : sumptuous and diversified so that you will
taste typical specialities of Venetian cooking. We always take
